We are open to take your orders and queries 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday and closed all Bank Holidays. If lines are busy please leave your query or order on the 24 hour secure answerphone system and it will be our pleasure to return your call and help in anyway we can.

When ordering by phone with your Cheque account debit card or Credit card please provide us with the following information. Card number, expiry date, issue number if applicable and we'll need to know the last three digits of the security number on the back of your card.

Please allow 7 to 14 working days for UK Mainland deliveries - subject to stock availability. Your orders will be delivered by either the Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Orders will need to be signed for by you on receipt. You should be left a calling card if you are not at home, in which case please call your local sorting office for re-delivery. Sorting offices can only keep the majority of items for one week so please check in case a card has been left by either of the aforementioned carriers. Please note: a charge is payable for overseas deliveries, please ask for details when placing your order.

If an item is not what you expected or suitable for its purpose, it must be returned back to us in its absolute original perfect condition within seven days. Unsuitable goods cannot be refunded if returned in a used, damaged or poor state. You should first receive authorisation from Audio Book Choice and all items should be returned in original packing with proof of delivery, "Recorded", "Special" etc. Audio Book Choice cannot be responsible for a returned item if it should go missing in transit.
